Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Wrong size or incorrect information

Please carefully review your size, color, personalization, spelling, and shipping address before completing your purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements when an incorrect size, personalization, spelling, or shipping address was provided by the customer.

Personalized products

Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or are different from what was ordered.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at creativamentestudio@gmail.com so we can help determine the next steps.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your payment provider's processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
